It is listed at 2802 Tuttle Blvd, Longview, TX 75605, which places it among the local businesses of Longview that residents and visitors turn to when they need this kind of service close by. In cities with a Chinatown, weekend mornings bring dim sum carts or order sheets, and lines form early at the most popular spots in Longview; walk-ins are standard and reservations are uncommon outside large banquet restaurants. Regional labels matter: Cantonese, Sichuan, Hunan, Shanghainese and Taiwanese kitchens cook very differently, so a restaurant's stated region is a better guide to the food than the word "Chinese" alone. Some smaller restaurants in Texas are BYOB with no corkage fee; call ahead to confirm. A tip of 15-20% is customary for table service but not expected at counter-order takeout. Spice level, MSG and allergen questions are normal to ask before ordering, and most kitchens are happy to leave an ingredient out or tone down the heat if you mention it when ordering rather than after the food arrives.

Hours are published for 2 days a week. On most of those days it is open 11:30 AM–10 PM. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (903) 331-0792. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. Its website is thekpot.com, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.

This was my first time going here. I have to say I was a bit nervous at first. But our server Tyler was very helpful. He guided us through the whole thing. This was a great experience that I would love to try again with family and friends.

Went to KTOP for the first time while passing through Longview and had a great experience. The host was very welcoming and asked if I'd been there before. When I mentioned it was my first visit but that I'd had hot pot before, they made me feel comfortable right away. I was seated with a server whose name I can't quite remember, but her walkie said "Cotton." She was friendly, attentive, and checked on me throughout the meal without being overbearing. Great service can really make a difference, and she did an excellent job. The price is perfect for the variety you can get and I wouldn't mind the dinner charge for lunch! She also mentioned weekends are doing things new with catfish and such. Awesome! The food was delicious, the sweet tea was spot on, and the meat cuts were fresh and perfect for hot pot. Overall, a fantastic first visit, and I'll definitely stop by again the next time I'm in the area. Wish I could have some on the road. Music is a little loud but didn't mind.

The food was delicious! This was my first time ever trying hot pot, and it was such a fun experience. I came here to celebrate my birthday, and it was the perfect place to do it. Our waiter went above and beyond my expectationsβ€”he was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. The atmosphere was great, and everything was fresh and flavorful. If you've never had hot pot before, I definitely recommend giving this place a try. I'll definitely be back!

The food selection and service is excellent. I was waited upon by Caleb! They were very courteous and kind. The restaurant is very clean, very spacious; my only concern is the flies πŸͺ°. I also would like clarification on the Lunch and Dinner times. I came 30 minutes after the doors were opened, but I was charged for dinner time. At a lot of hot pot restaurants I frequent, there is a separation of what is available for lunch and dinner. The tablets wouldn't let you order whatever is considered a lunch item and vice versa for dinner. That way you'd avoid being over charged. Other than that, very nice dining experience:) The schezuan spicy broth is my favorite!(I had to calm it down with a fourth of milk lol). Next time, Id do half a bowl of that with the beef broth to get a savory experience:)

My son wanted to come here for his birthday and we've been wanting to try it out....THIS WAS SOO MUCH FUN!! Our waitress, Nikki, was very attentive and warm and helped us through our first time experience!! She started us out with a couple of popular bbq choices and the bilgogi was my absolute favorite!! Along with the spam, steak and shrimpπŸ˜‹ they even sang Happy Birthday to my son and gave him a piece of cheesecake πŸ€— overall this was such a fun experience and I can't wait to do it again!!
